The Anchorage Care Management serves the following geographical areas: Boise, Caldwell, Eagle, Emmett, Kuna, Meridian, Middleton, Nampa, and Star, Idaho. In special circumstances, we will go beyond those boundaries within a 60 mile radius with mileage fees for greater distances TBD. If we are unable to serve your geographic area, comparable referrals will be provided whenever possible.
